- Heat oil in a wok and fry chicken on high heat until golden brown. Remove and set aside. Keep any remaining oil in the wok.
- Fry garlic, ginger and onion in the oil for 5 minutes. Add vegetables and chillies, stir-fry 5 - 7 minutes, adding 2 – 3 tablespoons water as you stir-fry.
- Return fried chicken to the wok, add Kimball Oyster Flavored Sauce and stir-fry another 5 minutes. Take pan off the heat.
